The methodology that drives CrossFit is entirely empirical. We believe that meaningful statements about safety, efficacy, and efficiency, the three most important and interdependent facets of any fitness program, can be supported only by measurable, observable, repeatable facts; i.e., data. We call this approach “evidence-based fitness.”
We offer standard CrossFit Classes. Our goal is to program workouts that will help you each and every day with everything you do and need in life. We want you to be able to run a 5k with friends. Maybe you want to go life some weights with a buddy at their gym. You should be able to do work around your house and not be sore for days after. Each week and day are thought about with the listed goals above in mind. We do all of our programming in house. It’s extremely important that we know how you are feeling and recovering from your workouts. We also offer 11 hours of open gym.
During these hours you can come in and work on improving skills, flexibility or strength. Really, it’s for anything you’d like to do. Each class is structured start to finish. We have the warmup structured for you next, we move into the workout and then the cool down. We make it as easy as possible for you each and every day. We also post our workouts each day for you to log them as you go to make sure you are improving.
